Restaurant Depot in Pasay City

I've learned about this new place, Restaurant Depot in Pasay City through Facebook. And because I love to cook, na-curious akong puntahan sya. And so off we went to see what they have to offer.

We reached the place almost 7:00 pm na. E until 7:00 pm lang pala sila buti pinapasok pa kami, hehe. Upon entering, you'll be asked to fill-out a membership form since hindi daw pwede mamili pag hindi member. But don't worry, membership is free though when I asked the lady at the frontdesk if until when free ang membership ang sabi is until 1 year lang but not yet final pa naman daw. After filling out the form, I gave it to her then she asked for 1 valid ID from me. I gave her my TIN ID. Then, she encoded my info na sa computer. After a few minutes, she gave me na my membership card and it looks like this.

Front of the card
You need to present it to the cashier every time you have transactions just like in S&R din.

After getting my membership card, I hurriedly go inside. Nauna na ung mga kasama ko sa loob while I'm filling out the membership form pa, hindi halatang excited lang sila, di ba? Hehe. I'm excited too to see what the store is selling. But of course, hindi ko nakalimutan to take pics so I can share them to all of you, hehe. Medyo natakot nga lang ako ng konti kasi panay tingin na sa kin ng mga staff while I'm taking pics. Pero wala namang sumaway sa kin, hehe. Here are the pics:

My fave part ng store, spices!

We bought just a few items since kami na lang iniintay nila at magsasarado na sila. Just to give you a sample ng prices nila, here's our receipt. Sorry po kung medyo malabo sya.

Basing from what we saw, their products are for those running a food business like restaurants, canteens or carinderia. Thus, the name Restaurant Depot of the store. I can say, medyo limited pa lang ung mga stocks nila. We asked the cashier kung me madadagdag pa ba and she responded agad ng "Yes po".  Hopefully, they can still add more items on their shelves for their customers para mas madami pa pagpipilian. As for the price, I can say their prices are quite low and competitive. Just to cite an example, we compared the price of their Dona Maria Jasponica rice from S&R and found out their price is lower. But I cannot speak for all the items ha. Ung Jasponica rice lang ang na-compare namin since we usually buy that one sa S&R.

So, to my fellow fab wives and mamas, check out Restaurant Depot while their membership is still free. They are located at 2738 F.B. Harrison Street, Pasay City. They are open daily from 8AM to 7PM. If you have your own transport, they have their own free spacious parking so no need to worry. If commute naman, they are conveniently located along the road. Nadadaanan sya ng mga jeeps, taxis and tricycles, so no problem din. Here's their brochure where there is a location map that you can follow.
